About the event
Fill your freezer with nourishing meals for postpartum. The menu has been carefully selected for your postpartum healing. You will take home 28 servings plus snacks, at only about $6 per serving. If you and your support person attend you will go home with twice as much food. The menu is Dairy Free and can accommodate Gluten Free.

Drinks: Bone Broth, Chai
Meals: Oatmeal and Stewed Fruits, Meatballs, Shepherds Pie, White Chicken Chili, Veggie Curry (totaling 28 servings servings)
Snacks: Muffins and Oat Bars.
