Service Description
This virtual group class will contain full instruction in the Billings Ovulation Method (BOM). Included are three group educational sessions, three private chart reviews and text/email support for 6 months from the first class. A certificate will be issued at the end of the third session for couples looking to satisfy their pre-cana requirement. Course Overview: - BOM Part 1 (1hr 30min) - Private Chart Review (2 weeks after session one | 15min) - BOM Part 2 (1hr) - BOM Part 3 (1hr) - Two additional chart reviews scheduled at your convenience Note this class is not recommended for breastfeeding postpartum unless mensuration has return.
