Service Description

Need a few hours of relief, but don't want a full time postpartum doula? This is the package for you. I come to your home for a 3 hour session that includes: - making you a meal - bodywork for you and baby - birth story processing - troubleshooting any issues you are having and providing referrals. This session is designed to give plenty of time for breaks for eating for you and baby while both receiving bodywork and opportunities to talk through your postpartum experience.
